Pre-Swim Team

Our Pre-Swim Team program gives children ages 8 to 12 years old a fun, friendly environment to learn the technical skills and abilities needed for competitive swimming. Our instructors will meet with the team once a week for workouts in the lap pool where participants will practice proper stroke technique and learn new drills with emphasis on building endurance.

Participants must be able to swim freestyle and backstroke for one length of the lap pool.

The charge for the four-session package is $90 for members and $120 for guests and the eight-session package is $165 for members and $195 for guests.
